The booking confirmation is by email at the same time as the requested bank transfer.
Check-in and check-out is from Monday to Friday, by appointment only.
Check-in between 3.00 and 7.00 p.m.. Check out from 8.00 to 11.00. For different needs, it is necessary to make arrangements with the Management. Check-in is not allowed after 7.00 p.m.. Check out after 11.00. Before Check-out, a person in charge of the Bondi Residence has the obligation to check the condition of the apartment and verify any damage with the guests. The Municipality of Bologna requires a tourist tax which varies according to the rate applied. Rates are available at the reception of the Residenza Bondi and at the following link: tasse comunali soggiorno.
The reservation is effective upon receipt of the bank transfer of 30% of the amount referred to the booked period. The balance must be paid upon arrival in cash or with accepted cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat) before handing over the keys. This deposit will not be returned for any reason, both in case of cancellation of the reservation and in case of no-show of the guests at the facility.
In addition, the amount of €50 will be requested for cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay as well as a security deposit of €200.00 to be paid in cash for any damage caused, the final amount of which will be quantified based on the extent of the damage itself. The security deposit will be returned after the mandatory inspection before departure. In the event of a stay of several weeks, the balance of each week must be paid in advance at the beginning of each one.
