Check-in and check-out from Monday to Friday by appointment only.
Check-in between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out between 08:00 and 11:00. For different needs, make arrangements with the management. Check-in is not possible after 19:00, Check-out after 11:00. Before the Check-out, a person in charge of Residenza Bondi has the duty to check with the guest the condition of the apartment and any damage also to objects, electrics and crockery. The Municipality of Bologna requires a tourist tax that varies according to the rate applied. Rates are available at the Residenza Bondi reception desk and at the following link: tasse comunali soggiorno.
The payment of the confirmatory deposit must be made by bank transfer. The payment of the deposit is 30% of the amount established. The balance must be paid upon arrival in cash or with accepted cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat) before the keys are handed over. Checks are not accepted.
In addition an amount of € 50 will be required for the apartment’s final cleaning and an amount of € 100/200 will be required to be paid in cash (depending on the length of stay) to cover any damage caused. It will be returned at the end of the stay after mandatory inspection before departure. In case of a stay of several weeks the balance of each week must be anticipated at the beginning of the same.
