The booking is effective upon receipt of the bank transfer of 30% of the amount for the booked period. The balance must be paid upon arrival in cash or with accepted cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat) before handing over the keys. Checks are not accepted. This deposit will not be returned for any reason, whether in the event of cancellation of the booking or in the event of a no-show by guests at the property. In addition, a sum of €50 will be required for cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay and a security deposit of €200.00 to be paid in cash for any damage caused, the final amount of which will be quantified based on the extent of the damage itself. It will be returned at the end of the stay after the mandatory inspection before departure. In the event of a several weeks, stay the balance for each week must be paid in advance at the beginning of the week.
